Hamptons Entertainment, Inc. CEO/Founder Ray Los had a vision in January, 1994 at age 17 ,of helping un-signed, undiscovered recording artists achieve their goals and dreams. What he didn't realize was that he himself was about to embark on a journey of his own, a quest that would lead him on a path to success.

What is known today as Hamptons Entertainment, Inc. first began as True Sound Management. After 2 years of developing True Sound Management, Ray Los resurrected & took control of his second label, Ocean Front Records, a small urban record label that had much success in the 60's & 70's with several Motown greats,only later to close it's doors in the early 80's.

Today, Ray Los owns and operates Hamptons Entertainment, Inc., the world's largest independent talent agency, consisting of 15 subsidiary labels covering every aspect of the entertainment industry.
